Tunable Lasers

Cateye, Littrow and SAF-diode lasers. Wavelengths range from 630-1620nm, with output powers up to 200mW. Our cateye filter design offers narrow linewidth and inherent self-aligning stability, plus the option of our industry-leading high modulation bandwidth using our novel intracavity phase modulator. Our grating-based Littrow laser feature unique flexure-based grating alignment, realtime in-situ laser focus adjust, and mode-hop-free scan range up to 100 GHz with dual-piezo option.

RF Electronics

Two and four channel agile RF sources. The XRF uses a fast FPGA and precision ADC to enable high-bandwidth analogue modulation of RF parameters. It also provides automated table execution with 16ns timing, TTL on/off control, 16 bits of flexible digital I/O, and built-in PID feedback. For simpler demands, our QRF has four channels, also with analogue modulation and automated table execution with 5us timing.

Wavemeters and Photodetectors

Fizeau and diffraction based wavelength measurement. The FZW Fizeau wavemeter is fully self-contained (no computer requred), with USB and ethernet connectivity, and 3-sigma uncertainty of 600 MHz from 350nm to more than 1250nm, and can be combined with our 2/4/8-way switchers for measuring multiple lasers. PID-control is built in for up to 8 lasers. Our economical MWM is perfect for teaching labs or confirming your laser is operating single-mode.
